Build and Break Crew
As a Build and Break crew member work to create Perfectly Pitched temporary event accommodation by setting up and dressing structures, maintaining structures during the event, and setting down and packing away stock ready to be loaded.

Front of House Crew
As part of the Front of house team you will be responsible for meeting, greeting and checking in guests. You will also help the build and break crew on the last day of the build and first day of the break.

Assistant Crew Manager
The Assistant Crew Manager is responsible for supporting the Crew Manager in the build/ break of Perfectly Pitched Camps, leading smaller teams within the overall project and managing the stock coming to and from site.
Crew Manager
The Crew Managers primary responsibility is overseeing the Crew during the physical build and break of the Perfectly Pitched Camping area. This includes, but is not limited to, making sure that all work is delivered on time and to the highest standard and that all work is carried out in a safe manner.
Assistant Project Manager
The Assistant Project Manager assists the Project Manager in all administrative aspects of a project and is responsible for day-to-day crew liaison.
Production Manager
The Onsite Production Manager is responsible for the logistics, site services and subcontractors on the job they are working on as well as overseeing the Build and Break of the Perfectly Pitched Camping area with the Crew Manager.
Project Manager
The Project Manager oversees all administrative aspects of a project and is responsible for bringing all elements together.
Front of House Manager
The Front of House Manager is responsible for the supervision and management of a well operating and efficient reception area and team at events throughout the season
Crew Cook
Crew cooks make sure that all of our crew are well fed in the field, buying and producing three meals a day in a small field kitchen.
